International Shipping:

  • We ship internationally to select countries.
  • International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
  • Delivery times vary by location and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in our shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance or international shipping restrictions.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Lost or Delayed Packages:

  • Once a package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
  • If your package is lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
